Private comfortable country setting home complete with view, hiking trails. 15 mins to Mount Snow/ Wilmington. We offer a room for rent with private bath. Full access to all shared areas of home. We are off dirt roads so during the winter and mud season either a 4 wheel drive vehicle and/or studded snow tires strongly recommended during the months of November through May. The space Private and remote yet close to local attractions. Unexpected off grid experience. 40 private acres to hike. Lots of dirt roads to travel down if the woods are not your thing. Horse facility on site (not a trail ride or lesson barn). Guest access Kitchen, living room, satellite television, phone, 40 acres property to hike, snow shoe. Enjoy the front porch with propane fireplace overlooking the horse pastures. During your stay Shared great room with access to Netflix and other streaming services. There is no television in the private bedroom. Wi-fi is available via Satellite which during snow storms is not guaranteed. If you are looking for transportation to local attractions or restaurants, lounges, bars please advise your host upon check in. We have a dog, cat in the house and horses on the porperty. Other things to note Close to Wilmington, Dover, Brattleboro, Manchester. Ski at Mount Snow, Stratton or Bromley. Outdoor seasonal outdoor activities include skiing, snow shoeing, dog sledding adventures, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, shopping, art galleries. There is a resevoir in Wilmington with rentals for kayaks, boats and jet skis.
