Plus, the ocean and beach views from both balconies are beyond fantastic! This pet friendly property offers stunning views of the beach and ocean! There is a one way public sand road in front of the duplex with occasional vehicles; however, there are no buildings on the beach side of this road, so you have an unobstructed and gorgeous view of the beach and ocean! The duplex has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are not provided. Please inquire if you would like to rent from us. The first floor consists of a living area, dining area, kitchen, powder room, and balcony. The second floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and second balcony off of the master bedroom. The kitchen is complete with all new appliances and fully stocked with all necessary items to prepare your meals. There is a small breakfast bar as well. The dining table seats four and is adjacent to the kitchen. The living area offers comfortable seating and a large smart TV to enjoy! There is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping needs. There is also a powder room on this floor. On the upper level, the ocean front master bedroom has a queen bed and TV. There is also a second balcony off of the master bedroom to enjoy the spectacular beach views! The second bedroom has two twin beds which can easily be pushed together if preferred. Both bedrooms have nice size closets. Also, there is a full bathroom on this level with a vanity and tub/shower combination. On the balcony you will find a gas grill for cooking up those delicious burgers! On the ground level, you will find beach chairs and an outdoor shower. Parking will be in this area as well. We know you will fall in love with Amelia Island! You will find this duplex will be the perfect spot for your getaway!
