This is a small bedroom with a queen size mattress and box spring in a modern 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house which you would share with 2 other adults. The space Nicely decorated bedroom with comfy chair, bookcase, nightstand and lamp with generous closet. Located in Manor, TX adjacent to the Austin city limits boundary in pleasant and safe suburban neighborhood. Guest access In addition to your bedroom, there is the hall bath. You will be free to use the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room and backyard. The garage is full of my Airbnb supplies and extra furniture so it is not available for guests. Other things to note This residence is in Manor, TX which is next to the Austin city limits. Bus service is extremely limited and a car will be necessary. There is no smoking anywhere inside the house. Smoking is allowed on the backyard patio.
