Modern southern idyll with a central location

We welcome you to Mandal and Skipsbyggergata! The house is located in the middle of the Smørøyet with jetty, archipelago, beach and Sørlandsby as the nearest neighbor. Take the morning bath from your own jetty, and then gather the family for breakfast on your own roof terrace. The terrace with newly established garden room has very good sun conditions, and is ideal for both dinner and evening! The space The area is family friendly with a large lawn area with playgrounds from the 1st floor. The house has 2 large bedrooms with 2 double beds. If necessary, extra beds (4 in total) can be placed in the bedrooms, or in the TV room on the 3rd floor (bedroom no. 4). Can therefore get up to 8 beds if desired. A high chair can also be made available if needed. Guest access The summer in Mandal is highly recommended, and location-wise you will not find much better in the city, if you want to combine sea, beach and city. Beyond the immediate proximity to the lake, tennis courts, golf course and football/athletics facilities are 3-15 minutes walk away. The pedestrian street and the jetty promenade in Mandal city center is 1 km away, and for those who like to run I would recommend the pine forest which in the opinion of the landlord is Norway's best running terrain. Other things to note The house has its own gym on the ground floor. In addition to parking in the apartment's garage, a large parking space is located at the house's property. Private laundry room is located on the 1st floor.
