Alpha - Beautiful family holiday home with views

Spacious and stylish family home close to Rock and Polzeath with commanding views from Bodmin to the sea. Whether you want to relax in the garden or activities, we have it all. Paddle boarding in Port Quinn (walking distance), Surfing in Polzeath (1.9 miles away) and Rock (2.8 miles), where you can get the ferry to Padstow, or follow the coastal path if you like walking. The space The rooms are light and spacious, with 4 well proportioned bedrooms, one ensuite and two further bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. 2 Bedrooms downstairs and 2 further bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is open plan with four bar stools on the island and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, drier, fridge and freezer. This leads to the dining table (8 chairs) and the table will extend if needs be with additional chairs. The sitting room leads from the kitchen as well where we have 2 three seat sofas and 2 armchairs, with a log burner in the corner. Also on the ground floor there is a store room off the kitchen back door, and at the bottom of the stairs is a study / kids TV room ! Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom with shower (in the bath), the twin bedroom has french doors onto a roof terrace with far reaching panoramic views to the Camel, Polzeath and the sea. There is a large teak garden table with x6 garden chairs as well as a 3 seat garden bench. There is a charcoal BBQ for your use on the patio. We do allow for up to x2 dogs in the property, but please keep them on the ground floor. Other things to note We do NOT provide beach towels, so please bring your own. There will be a bucket by the porch, please fill with water to wash the sand off your feet to avoid sand on our new carpets. There is an outside shower to use and rinse wet suits, and a rail to hang them.
