Description

Our guest studio is close to Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee, Pleasant Lake and Otter Pond. You can snow shoe from the front door and skiing, hiking, boating, shopping are minutes away from our quiet home on a New Hampshire scenic byway. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 1 or two small children are welcome. We have a small sofa bed and a pack and play sleeper in addition to a king bed with a luxury mattress. The space The guest studio has a private entrance. The space is over 1200 square feet. There is a dining area, kitchen, king bed and large bathroom with a large European sized shower. There are skylights in the studio and the bathroom. The space is great for a traveling couple or single. Families with infants or small children can be accommodated, just let us know so we can set up a pack and play or additional sofa bed. Guest access Guests will have access to the main house garage, snow shoes, kayak. We have a 52x16 foot deck that guest are welcome to use but it is part of our home so we limit use to daytime and evenings until 11 p.m. Guests have access to our driveway and are welcome to all out door spaces and walkways. Guests must be able to navigate a flight of stairs to the studio apartment. Other things to note Our home is located at an altitude of almost 2000 feet. Winter weather can be unpredictable and ice can form on walkways and the driveway unexpectedly. Guests should use caution and expect to need Winter boots during the months of November, December, January, February, March and sometimes April. Also, the kitchen is great for a quick breakfast or lunch but it is not spacious enough to cook a complicated dinner.
