Description

See Fireworks Over the Lake on July 4th. Be in the front row, lake side seat. Lake Front Home on a Private Lake. Award Winning Design and Floor Plan; Interior by a Professional Interior Designer. This is your house if you want a serene, quiet place to rest with family and friends. We built this large lakefront home for our family. We'd like to suggest that guests purchase travel insurance. We also offer Guided Yosemite Group Tours, Hikes, Sightseeing, Fly Fishing, Backpacking, and Snowshoeing. The space Come visit our 5000+ sq. ft. Lake Front Lodge on a Private Lake, AKA Pine Mountain Yosemite Lake Lodge - private/gated community, golf course, tennis, boating activities, swimming, skiing, and hiking, about 25 minutes to Yosemite Park entrance. Our home is not only for families but also for church retreats/groups and business team-building retreats. Over the years, we have hosted many churches and Silicon Valley companies such as eBay, Tesla, Adobe, Google, and more. We offer a unique gathering place with multiple areas to split off into smaller groups or come together as an entire group. We can accommodate over 16 people staying, and there is an extra charge for over 16. There are four stories with two living rooms, three decks, a patio on three levels, a private dock and deck on the lake, and a loft on the fourth story. Main floor (second floor)--One lakeside guest bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two twin bunk beds (4 twins) and a pullout twin mattress under the bunk, a full bathroom, main living room with fireplace, dining/kitchen area, main deck for entertaining and eating with an oversize table, firepit, BBQ and an outside extra refrigerator. (You enter the front door from the driveway with one step into the main floor, which is the second floor of the house.) Top Floor (third floor)--Second living room with sofa, chairs, TV, and outside separate deck with chairs; a master bedroom suite with a queen bed and one pull-out twin mattress under the bed and an outside separate deck with chairs and table; two more bedrooms with one queen bed each; two full bathrooms; with a small seating area between the bedrooms and full bathroom. Loft Room (fourth floor)--this room has two queen beds, two twins, and one spare twin mattress under a twin bed. The upper loft may also be unavailable due to the COVID Virus and depending on the size of your group and the paid amount of your reservation. Bottom Floor (first floor)--Full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, family room with TV, oversize sectional sofa, pool table, game table, separate outdoor patio area with a table that leads by access steps to the private dock, the separate private deck on the lake, and the lake. One of the unique aspects of our home is that there are so many special places for people to retreat to for privacy. Although your family or group may be large, one can get away to all the nooks of our home/property from the two living rooms, family room, hall game area, the two small private decks as well as the large deck, the patio area, and the dock deck, the loft, the window bench seat, and the dock itself. We also live on a quiet one-way road off the main road, which makes a large circle perfect for a good solid walk up some hills and back down, another way to grab some quiet time. Being with family and friends is important and rewarding, but having some separation can aid small important talks and times of reflection while being with those you most care about. Being a lakefront house also has its wonderful benefits...just a short walk to the dock and a short walk to the Marina, where one can play in the sand, swim, play volleyball, order ice cream and other goodies, as well as rent boats of all kinds which are perfect for kids and teenagers who can get restless being at a house all day. And since the Marina is near, parents can keep close tabs on teens and older children who venture out without adults (we recommend bringing walkie-talkies as that works well with our kids). If the internet is important for your group, we have gone the extra mile to get super FAST Business/Commerical internet service with a large data package (data usage is restricted). This internet is perfect for streaming movings, company meetings, and the like. You will enjoy wifi throughout the entire house. **SPECIAL NOTE: DUE TO PERIODIC POWER OUTAGES IN CALIF. AND FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF OUR GUESTS, WE HAVE A MASSIVE STANDBY COMMERCIAL AUTOMATIC GENERATOR FOR ALL POWER NEEDS DURING UNLIKELY OUTAGES. ** Guest access As guests to Pine Mountain Lake, you will have the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities that Pine Mountain Lake is known for, from swimming and boating to golfing, horseback riding, and tennis (clubhouse and grill, golf course, driving range, tennis, pool, lake and beaches, marina, equestrian center, pickleball, archery range, shooting range, etc., and even an airport). The lake is private, and only guests and owners can use the lake and its facilities. There is also a fishing hole (you can fish right off our dock as well), an airport, and a large pool. You may rent fishing, paddle, sailboats, kayaks, and paddleboards at the Marina by the hour or day. During the summer season, we do provide a canoe, 2 Kayaks, and 2 Paddleboards that are used at your own risk. Boat rentals are seasonal and available on specific holiday weekends, so please check with Pine Mountain Lake Marina if you are visiting anytime other than June to August if you are interested in boating. Pine Mountain Lake does not allow guests to bring their own boats to the lake, including kayaks and canoes. If you have a ski boat, you may bring it, but you will need to drive to Don Pedro Lake for skiing and setting it in the water, which is located down the grade, about a 25-minute drive from the house. All areas of our home are accessible except for the garage and storage areas. The upper loft may also be unavailable due to the COVID Virus and depending on the size of your group and the paid amount of your reservation. Pine Mountain Lake Association charges each guest a one-time vehicle entrance fee of $46 per vehicle (amount subject to change). This is a one-time per vehicle fee that the Pine Mt Lake Association charges to help offset the cost of having a 24-hour manned main gate, 24-hour security patrols, maintaining roads, the lake, beaches, marina, golf course, driving range, tennis courts, pool, pickleball, equestrian center, and other facilities, etc. Pine Mt Lake maintains even the roads that everyone uses. The lake is private, and only owners and guests can use the lake and facilities. The security entrance is staffed 24 hours a day. Please pay the attendant upon your arrival. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will ask for a list of all people staying in our home, along with their ages. We need this information to register all guests with the Pine Mountain Lake security office. No person(s) will be permitted without us authorizing their entrance. Other things to note Pine Mountain Lake is a private and gated community with quiet hours between 7 pm to 7 am. You are welcome to be outside after the hours of 7 pm to 7 am but we ask that you are respectful during these times. For example, it is okay to be out on the deck in the late evening enjoying the fire, talking with family and friends, etc., but it would not be okay to be yelling or playing loud music outside during quiet hours. If you are interested in snow skiing, you may go to Badger Pass in Yosemite (one hour plus drive depending on weather) or to Dodge Ridge (45 minutes plus drive depending on weather). We also offer Guided Yosemite Group Tours, Hikes, Sightseeing, Fly Fishing, Backpacking, Snowshoeing, Rafting, and more. The Tours can be for a day or several days and also depend on the time of year. We can arrange the following adventures: In Groveland: Historic Groveland Happy Hour Walk; In Yosemite: Yosemite Valley Group Nature Walk, Vista Hike, Summit Hike, Gaint Sequoia Hike, Valley Tour, Valley Discovery Tour, Valley Tour with BBQ, "Just One Day" Hike and Sightseeing; Snowshoeing: Vernal Falls, Dewey Point, Mirror Lake, Gaint Sequoia; Fly Fishing: Solo Angler's Adventure, Experienced Angler's Adventure, High Country Adventure, Tuolumne Adventure; and more.
