Enjoy a 90 m² rural gîte located in the heart of Brie, 25 km from the medieval city of Provins, 45 km from Disneyland Park and 80 km from Paris. It is ideal for hosting up to 5 people. Built in the outer part of a Briard farm, the accommodation has independent access, an outdoor green space (unfenced) and parking. No smoking. Heating is included within the limit of 50 kwh/day (meter reading). The space The accommodation consists of a double bedroom (160 x 200 bed), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet and 1 kitchen open to the living room on the ground floor. Upstairs is 1 mezzanine with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) that can be combined, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Other things to note Linens are included. The "end of stay" cleaning package is at the rate of €70. Options to be specified at the time of booking and to be paid on the day of arrival. For business customers, a security deposit of €500 is to be paid by bank transfer before check-in, or in cash on the day of arrival. For stays of several weeks, a cleaning is required every 15 days minimum (change of sheets included) at the rate of €70.
