A 25.72 sq.m studio-type corner condominium unit settled at second floor of the center building of Mesaverte Residences. It is composed of common living area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The unit is facing the basketball court and the gym. USE OF MESAVERTE AMENITIES: Mesaverte Property Management charges transient guests for using amenities with the following rates: Swimming Pool: 6:00am- 5:59pm- 100php 6:00pm- 9:30pm- 200php Gym: (1 person per unit allowed) 6:00am- 10:00pm- 100php Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all amenities are subject to a 50% capacity on a first come- first serve basis to observe strict health protocols. The following amenities are now open for use from 6:00AM to 9:30PM. A.) Function Hall • Maximum of Twenty (20) users only including children to observe physical distancing. • Booking and reservation in a first come – first serve basis. • Strictly no alcoholic beverages allowed. B.) Fitness Gym • Maximum of four (4) users at a time to observe physical distancing. • Gym usage in a first come – first serve basis. C.) Swimming Pool • Maximum of twelve (12) users at a time to observe physical distancing. • Implementation of Time Slot Booking and Reservation in a first come – first serve basis, one (1) hour shall be given to each user/ unit to provide opportunity and time for other users. Booking will be done at the Clubhouse thru our amenity guard. Other things to note We do not have our own parking slot. Mesaverte Property Management does not allow overnight parking in the common parking area. We may arrange third party parking slot owners within the condominium for a fee.
