It is a retreat in the historic heart of town, 4 blocks from Arcata Plaza, Northtown and Creamery retail districts, and Cal Poly Humboldt Gateway. Our ideal location allows guests to leave their vehicle and stroll to shops, restaurants, movies, the Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary, or Redwood Park trails. ROSE COURT COTTAGE is a private, quiet, cozy haven.
