Fifteen steps to the beach --- 15 minutes to walk to downtown Traverse City!

Ours is a simple, SMALL beach house, located on the grounds of our family home (which means that we share the beach). West Grand Traverse Bay is twenty steps away from the front door - - and downtown Traverse City is a 15 minute walk down the beach -- or Front Street. We rent it from Sunday-Sunday from June through September ($2500 per week). Between October and May, we rent it by the month ($2000/month). It is just become available for 15 Sept 2025 - 30 May 2026. We must limit the number of residents because of the limitations of the plumbing. Parties of more than 4 will need prior approval and perhaps a damage deposit and/or an increase in the rental fee. We ask for at least 50% of the fee in advance. The balance is due on check-in. Check in is at 2 p.m. on Sundays. Check out is at 10 a.m. on Sundays. The sunsets are out of this world - - and sunrises are pretty spectacular, too! We are happy to have pets (an extra charge of $500 is needed) - - and it is paradise for children of all ages!
