Our Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse is located in Oak Manor. It's a 2 mile walk to Lane Stadium or a quick bus ride. We are near 2 Blacksburg Transit stops. New modern and luxurious kitchen is brand new and perfect for entertaining a crowd fully equipped with an electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and a beverage refrigerator to accommodate entertaining . Granite countertops and large island allow for serving and entertaining a crowd. Kitchen is open to the large family room with additional dining area, sofa and loveseat with 65" TV for your entertainment and movie watching. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for comfort as well as at least 3 drawers for clothes storage and hanging space in each closet. Master bath has an additional hair dryer if needed. Brand new front loading washer and dryer is located upstairs for your use and the linen closet is equipped with detergent, an iron and ironing board too! ABOUT THE OWNERS We met at Virginia Tech and graduated in 89-90, got married and now have a son and daughter that go here as well. As a 4 Hokie family... it seemed like a good decision to buy a place in town since we visit so frequently. We decided to invest in our townhouse for our family to use and to go to games and enjoy because it is our "happy place". #ThisIsHOME but it's not our full time residence so we decided to share it when we are not using it. We are very well aware that its sometimes hard to find a place to stay in town that's convenient and comfortable and that would be fun to have several close couples share to be able to go to events, cook and entertain comfortably without having to deal with the hotels.
