LOCATION! This is a historically designated home located on the St. Mary's Strip with Pearl Riverwalk access 0.6 miles away. You are less than 0.25 miles from 14+ bars & restaurants and less than 1 mile from 50+ bars & restaurants PLUS the Pearl, Zoo, Riverwalk, & 3 universities. Last, its only a 10 minute Uber to the airport, children's museum, Incarnate Word, the Alamo, & all downtown performance venues including the Tobin Center, Majestic, Aztec, Empire, & Alamodome. Dogs and cats allowed! The space The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a shower only. The second bedroom has a queen bed.. The second bathroom is a hall bathroom with a tub. Both bedrooms have white bedding. Dining table for 4 can be converted into 6 and two extra chairs available. Living room pullout sectional couch converts into queen bed. Kitchen has basics. Nespresso machine & Mr. Coffee. Third bedroom houses cleaning supplies and linens and is locked. That is why this 3 bed 2 bath house is listed as a 2/2. However for longer term guests, especially relocating military/out-of-staters, access to this third room can be arranged for a fee and then used as indoor storage for your boxes/bicycles, etc. Contact me to discuss the flex room if you would like to store belongings. Guest access The entire home is accessible to you except for one room that is locked as discussed. This room can be used as storage if you are military/moving to SATX for a fee. Contact me to discuss this. Many military families and moving families have loved this convenience. Other things to note This house is in such a fun and convenient area! Half of the residents on this street are elderly folks and half are young urban professional couples. The homes are all 100+ years old. You are about 8-12 houses away from Brass Monkey so there is no noise from the St Mary's restaurants and bars even though its a St Mary's Strip house. I lived here for 9 months in 2022 and had the time of my life. :) Additionally, this is a pet friendly airbnb. Guests with mild to moderate pet allergies experience no issues staying here as the house is very clean.
