Eco-friendly villa in an exceptional setting

Welcome to our beautiful house in the heart of the Trièves. Ideally located between Monestier de Clermont and Clelles (shops and markets), you can easily access various activities of our region: Mont Aiguille and Chichilliane, Lake Monteynard and the Himalayan footbridges, St Michel les Portes and the adventure trail, Gresse-en-Vercors and its family ski resorts, Mens and its historic center, as well as many hikes to discover, all seasons. The space We offer accommodation in its entirety (200m2), with a beautiful living room coupled to the kitchen, which overlook the south on a magnificent view. The garden is large and welcoming. The house is completely eco-friendly with wood heating and a solar water heater. Upstairs you will find a second small living room, with laundry room, bathroom and bedrooms. You will have 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are children's rooms but which we can arrange according to your needs (in adult bed in particular). 2 toilets in the house. Guest access The house has private parking at the beginning of the plot where you can park 2 or 3 vehicles. Other things to note In direct proximity to the house is the small campsite de la Chabannerie where you can find a dining area (open from May to October). We have a little cat, named Apie, who stays at home while we're away. We appreciate it if you can make sure to fill her bowl regularly. Thank you in advance. Attention for reservations in winter: the house is heated by a wood burning stove (boiler stove). It's a high-performance and eco-friendly system but asks guests to know how to flare up and take care of it every day.
