Modern Rustic Family Getaway- Our cabin is not a place to stay while on vacation...our cabin is the vacation! You can come and enjoy the surrounding areas if you want, but you can also just come and spend the entire time away from the outside world. It is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing place to just unwind. Located up on a bluff, between Prairie Du Chien and Ferryville, this cabin gets you about 5 minutes from the river but allows you the serenity of being tucked away in the trees. The space Please note that the access to the driveway takes you on about a mile of gravel ,and the driveway for the cabin is gravel and steep. Unfortunately, is not ideal for motocyclists. If you are bringing a boat we do have a flatter space at the top that you might be able to park a smaller boat, or we do have another property around the corner, that you could park a boat or trailer on. Inside, the modern rustic cabin features a king bed in the loft area and an option for a king or two twins in the basement bedroom. There are two pull out couches one on the main level and one in the basement. The cabin also features a separate little soaking tub and shower room in addition to the two full bathrooms with showers on the main floor and in the basement. There is a nice sized outdoor deck space with flattop grill, gazebo area, and gas fire table. Other things to note Please note that the driveway is a bit steep and is gravel. During the winter it is best to have 4wd or AWD. It is not ideal for motorcycles or boats/trailers. There's a flat area at the top of the drive where you can park, but the rest of the driveway is steep and gravel.
