Through the large common hall you walk up the stairs to the entrance door of your spacious apartment. There is an elevator as well if you so prefer. You can also enjoy the communal courtyard downstairs. Apartment layout: You enter an L-shaped corridor that gives access to all rooms. Enter the large living room with a cozy sitting area with a gas fireplace and beautiful dining table with lots of space. The kitchen island in the back of the living room is equipped with all modern cooking appliances. The four large windows at the front of the living room give a beautiful view over the Singel canal.
