Private en Suite with River Views in Top-Rated Apt

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, close to Athlone town centre, near a supermarket and very easily accessed from the Motorway or airport bus stop. We live in a in a spacious 3-bed apartment and offer a private double bedroom with amazing views and its own en suite bathroom. Just walk out the second door from the bedroom to a balcony with views directly over the river and marina and table and chairs to soak it up. We intentionally have no TV - with these views it's unnecessary The space It is only a 10-minute walk to Athlone town centre where you'll find attractions, bars, restaurants and historical points of interest. This is a private double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a three-bed apartment so the living space is shared. The apartment also has a kitchen, dining area and living room, and every window has views of the Shannon. We intentionally do not have a television! If you need a TV this might not be the stay for you. It is less than a 5 minute drive from Exit 11. Parking is free and there is a park with a playground next door. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the apartment front door or scale to the third floor balcony as long as they don’t use any climbing equipment which must be installed into the building. However the neighbours may attempt to throw boiling oil over climbers. Alternatively, there is a green area in front of the apartment in which a trebuchet could be constructed to propel guests to the balcony. Tunnelling and landing helicopters on the roof is against Jolly Mariner regulation and will be reflected in guests’ reviews if attempted. Teleporters welcome, please contact us for a 3-dimensional map of the apartment to avoid teleporting into furniture or walls. Please note, we need prior notice for teleporters to clear a space for arrival. During your stay For the month of May 2025 there will be only two other occupants in the apartment - me (the owner) and my sister in law. We also intentionally have no TV. With these views you don’t miss it Children are of course welcome! We can provide a travel cot and we have some baby's toys. We also have baby-proofing throughout the apartment. Not exhaustively! But a decent amount. Other things to note We intentionally have no TV. With these views to you don’t need it. If you feel you need a TV consider renting elsewhere. We have good WiFi so you can use your favorite streaming services
