Master bedroom with private entrance

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Enjoy your privacy with your own private entrance to the bedroom. No need to interact with the host of the home. Centrally located. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in our patio dinning table or spend the evening making s’mores in the wood burning fire pit. The space This room is attached to the main home. However, you do have a private entrance through the backyard giving you the freedom to enter and leave whenever you desire. I do have tenants that live on the property but you will be given all the privacy you need. In the room you will find a microwave, mini fridge, a toaster, small coffee maker and an electric kettle for boiling water. You will be provided with the basics such as coffee, sugar and tea. We also provide salt and pepper as well as plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Also, there is no full kitchen. Guest access You will have access to the backyard which includes the fire pit and BBQ grill. You will also have full access to the patio which has an outdoor dinning table, a seating area and a hammock. In the backyard, there is also an outdoor sink that may be used for washing dishes if desired. Other things to note No smoking is permitted anywhere on this property. No smoking in the room, no smoking in the backyard, no smoking in the patio. If you must smoke, please walk out of the property out to the street if you must smoke. This home is located in a residential area so please be mindful of parking and noise. There is no designated parking, parking is street parking. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. Also, no parties or events are permitted. The tenants do have a small, 6 pound chihuahua, her name is Matty and she is very friendly. We do not allow pets because Matty is allowed to roam free in the backyard and is the reason why we do not allow other dogs or cats for fear of possibly fighting with Matty.
