Our house is located a 3-minute walk from metro line 11, which serves Chatelet and the T2 tram. You will love our house for its brightness, outdoor spaces, and vintage decor. The house is perfect for a family, one or two couples of friends with children... Hygiene is one of our major concerns for your comfort and for our good. A complete cleaning is done before and after each stay and the beds are made for your arrival. Welcome to Paris. The space This large house, designed and decorated by us and located in Paris, is the perfect place to meet with family of one, two or three generations or with friends. For sleeping, 2 independent bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single beds. With also a possibility of extra bed in the living room. The shops are located on Avenue Gambetta near the Saint Fargeau or Pelleport metro station, and some good places to have a drink or eat will be indicated in our welcome booklet. For water sports enthusiasts, the Georges Vallerey swimming pool, its pool and retractable roof await you 1 min walk from the house. From our neighborhood, line 11 takes you directly to central Paris. But don't miss the attractions of the 19th and 20th arrondissements of Paris: Père Lachaise Cemetery, Paris Philharmonic, Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, Bassin de la Villette, Parc de la Villette... are not to be missed! And the T2 line, whose station is 2 minutes from the house, takes you directly to Parc de la Villette. Guest access You have access to the whole house and including outdoor spaces, courtyard and terraces are at your disposal to relax in a deckchair, have lunch in the sun in the courtyard and have an aperitif on the open-air terrace. Other things to note Our house is 3 min walk from metro line 11 that leads you directly to the city center, and next to the tram line brings to le Parc de la Villette.
