Le Rose, farmhouse apartment

The Le Rose apartment is part of an agritourism complex on the hills near Lake Trasimeno. It is located inside the villa where I live, has a separate entrance and has a living room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The space The property has 5 apartments inside the villa and a farmhouse with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The pool is available to guests and is not for exclusive use. The restaurant is available in the evening for dinner by reservation. All around, the rural landscape guarantees tranquility and relaxation. The surrounding cities and towns can be easily reached and a means of transportation is required. The apartment has a study area, a living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Guest access The property includes a large villa where I live with my family. On the top floor of the villa, we have created 5 apartments, including Le Rose, which overlook a large room. In addition to the apartments, we have a farmhouse consisting of 5 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and independent. Two on the ground floor and three on the first floor, where there is also a large terrace with tables and chairs. The farmhouse has a living room and a kitchen. In one of the gardens there is a beautiful swimming pool, and in front of the villa there is a small private and consecrated church. Other things to note The apartment has air conditioning, if you want to use it ask for the remote control for autonomous ignition, you will pay a small fee at the end. The tourist tax, due to the Municipality of Passignano sul Trasimeno, must be paid to Giacomo or any of his family members.
