Custom cozy Pet Friendly with SPA & Paved!

This house was my parents primary residence and built by my father. The craftsmanship and character is what sets it apart from most rentals. There are numerous natural elements incorporated throughout the house that were sourced from the land when he built it. There is a cabinet full of games and Wii console for evening fun. You are welcome to use anything that is accessible,we only ask that if the supply is getting low that you replenish it. The space Roku T.V.s with HULU , Paramount + and Peacock included in livingroom and each bedroom. There is an outdoor living space that has a firepit with Adirondack chairs, a table that seats 4 and a hammock. Entire house is black light inspected before each guest. I live in the cabin next door so I not only clean the house myself but offer extra amenities such as having the house stocked with the staples you prefer, select dinner options for late arrivals and pet care if you need. Ask for more details if interested. Bedroom 1 is a upstairs Master and has 2 Queen beds. Bath has dual sinks with tub/shower combo with removable massage shower head. Main floor bedroom (2) has a queen bed. The bath is located right across the hall and features a handicap friendly step in shower with removable massage shower head, 3 safety bars and 2 seats. Huge back porch with a charcoal grill (complete with bird and Hummer feeders) faces 2 miles of forest and overlooks a man made pond and waterfall. Fully paved access and room to park a small motorcycle trailer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a plethora of spices, and every 'kitchen gadget' you could need. The house is on a well and has a full house water filter that makes it " better than bottled " One of the most reputable meat processing companies is just around the corner that you can purchase fresh meats for your meals. ( BEST bacon and Ribeye I have ever had) There is a cabinet full of games as well as a Wii console with an aray of games including golf ,football and pictonary. I also have river tubes, an inflatable double kayak and a SUP that you are welcome to borrow during your stay. I provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and hand soap. I also provide all linens and towels. There are beds for 6 and a queen blowup for the kids. The heart of Bryson City is 15 minutes away. We are 2 miles from Fontana Lake and Almond boat rental and 6 miles to the Nantahala Outdoor center. Access to the Little Tenn River is 5 minutes up the road. There is a "back way" to get to Franklin that can have you there in about 40 minutes, which takes you by the suspension bridge that you can cross the river on. I have been coming to the area for about 40 years and am more than happy to provide you with any info needed to make your mountain vacation as memorable as possible. Guest access The basement and office are not accessible. Other things to note Smoking allowed on porch ONLY. $50 pet fee PER PET to be paid before checkin.
