we are located to the south east of the city centre just 7 minutes drve from the station, this is an ideal base to access Motorways, M40, M6, M69 to M1 , trains to all parts of uk rail network, and international and national flights from Birmingham International or East Midlands airports.. The house is on three floors in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a small garden with fish pond and seating areas. Guests have shared use of lounge and garden. Sadly we no longer have our own friendly, mature cats. The space The house was a family home, on three floors, it is now occupied by the live-in landlord , and two lodgers. Airbnb guests have one room on 2nd floor, the.landlord has the other room. Kitchen access is limited because it is regularly used by residents, it is not available for storage or predation of eating of food. a small fridge and microwave are provided on 2nd Floor.
