Great walking neighborhood in reach of all Silverlake, outside of the hustle bustle-- in a "lake"-close home of long-entrenched locals! Quaint cottagy garden views with dual patios, BBQ, and mostly quietude. Free, unrestricted, and safe parking too! The space See (website hidden)------------Fully furnished quaint "cottage" (luxury bedding with loft-like romantic queen bed, plus pillow top Aero mattress, etc., WiFi, washer/dryer, BBQ, fruit trees and pond in famed Silver Lake district of Los Angeles, in walking of local music scene, shops, Silver Lake itself for jogging/bird watching!, eateries and parks. Minutes from Hollywood, downtown LA. We're in an upscale hillside neighborhood, in walking distance to the lake and dog park, famous music venue Spaceland, LAMill cafe, Intelligenstia (in "village" on Sunset), Thai and Italian restaurants and art installations. We are twenty year residents who believe you'll have the advantage of a quiet safe neighborhood while minutes from the sometimes hecticness of Sunset Blvd. and Silverlake's village center. Bus in minutes to downtown or Hollywood or cheap cab ride back after clubbing, etc. Metro Rail is quite close too. PET DETAILS-- (5$ per pet per day arranged directly with host as AirBnB has no category)--We are pet lovers and have accommodated many from dogs to parrots to turtles and cats (lions, tigers and bears, oh my!), but need to charge 5$ per pet per day extra for special de-allergen cleaning for our sensitive guests both inside and out. We will try and enfold this fee into a "special offering" at time of booking but if that's not possible, please remit directly to hosts upon departure. Thanks for understanding. We'd love to be your hosts! We do permit limited smoking outside on the patio. Guest access This is a totally private, "stand alone" off main backyard patio.... Other things to note PET LOVERS-- we are too BUT because of past suits by guests with super sensitivities and allergies re dog and cat hair and dander, AND because of extra yard duty no matter how much one monitors their pets AND because of god-given wear and tear -- EXTRA 210$ monthly charge (7$ per day per pet) in cash or from deposit to host. (AirBnb has no pet area in their portal as of yet, so pet fee will be collectible directly by the host, at start of each month long stay (or as negotiated). Thanks for understanding, truly.
