RALEIGH RETREAT Situated in the serene valley of Raleigh, creating the ultimate country getaway whilst only being a short distance from everything our beautiful coast has to offer. The Airbnb is attached to our residence but you have the entire space privately. A short 12 minutes to the scenic village of Urunga, 20 mins to everything Coffs Harbour has to offer, 5 mins to the gorgeous seaside village of North Beach and just 45 mins to Dorrigo's spectacular waterfalls and rain forest walks. The space You will wake to the sounds of birds and nothing but peace. If you are looking to escape a busy city life and rejuvenate, you will not be disappointed. We allow outside pets. We have now added a second toilet through the carport and an external hot/cold shower in the pool area. You are welcome to use the pool during your stay, however we also have access. We are respectful of your usage though and endeavour not to be in at the same time. The Airbnb Is attached to our residence, which means we reside onsite. The Airbnb space does not share anything with us, you have that privately to yourself. Guest access You have access to all areas of the attached but completely separate unit . Other things to note We are happy to offer reductions to 1 person staying alone. Please note the Air conditioner is in one bedroom/lounge only and must never be run on less than 23 degrees in Summer as you run the risk of breaking it. We have 3 Queen beds, 2 Single and also a proper single mattress that can be utilized also. Please note we are not a party house, even though we live in a secluded location. Young people in particular need to be respectful of noise levels even during the day. No unnecessary loud noise after 10pm. Registration Details PID-STRA-14576
