Sea & Sunset Views over Chesil Beach

Quirky cottage with amazing sea views over Chesil Beach with lots of outside space, sleeping 4 adults and one child. This house is ideal for a holiday to explore Portland & Weymouth. We have a slightly unusual set up with regard to parking and bedroom so please read the description fully- but if it's sea views you are after, it doesn’t get much better. The space The property is located centrally to Portland, it is possible to walk to Chesil beach, shops and pubs- as long as you don't mind the walk back up the hill. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about this property! Guest access Everything you see in the pictures is solely for guest use. KITCHEN: The property has a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a dinning area attached to the kitchen. FRONT ROOM: Smart TV with Freeview and board games. Downstairs there is also a separate toilet and separate shower room. BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms. 1) Main bedroom with king bed, access via sliding door. Views over Chesil beach. Hairdryer. 2)The second bedroom has single bunkbeds- please note this is a small room and no window. 3)The third bedroom is small with single bed. Views over Chesil Beach. BATHROOMS: The main bathroom is upstairs with a toilet and shower/bath. Downstairs there is a single toilet and separate wet room with electric shower. All linen and towels are provided durning your stay. OUTSIDE SPACE: The garden slopes down the hill and is set on multiple levels. The main paved deck, entrance level, has hardwood table with seating for 6, perfect place to sit and watch the many sunsets. On the lower level, a shed/snug with indoor seating, astroturf and an outdoor seating set! There is also a roof deck accessed from the upper level of the house, this is also astroturf and has a bench facing the sea. Other things to note PARKING: Please note, there is NO parking available directly outside the house. The property is located on a 40mph road with double yellow lines. (New Road, Portland- we recommend checking out google maps). Although you can unload/load, street parking is located about 300yards away up/down a steep hill. We will happily advise the best places to park. Access to the property is also located via a steep stairway as shown in pictures. MINIMUM STAY: The min stay through peak summer holidays & Christmas/New Years is 5 nights. However, if your requirements are different please contact us and we can discuss flexibility around this.
