The house offers everything for a relaxing vacation, but thanks to fiber optic Internet it is also the ideal place for home office somewhere else! Our house is located near the lively village of Salernes, quietly located amid olive groves, vineyards and forests without being secluded. You will enjoy full privacy in the house, garden and by the pool. It is our private vacation home, which is furnished with a lot of love. We'd love to have you as our guests! The space The house is 130 m², the garden is 1500 m² and there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Particularly pleasant: the house has particularly fast fiber optic Internet! Outside, you can enjoy a large private garden with a covered south-facing terrace and a pool area as well as the shady north terrace, which is particularly comfortable on hot summer days. It has two floors. On the first floor you will find: - One bedroom with private bathroom (with bathtub and walk-in shower) and direct access to the garden (bed size 160 x 200 cm) - Large living room with fireplace for cozy winter nights, open to the terrace, garden and pool - Well-equipped kitchen - A separate toilet - A separate room with washing machine and storage room. On the first floor: - One bedroom with private "Terasse Tropezienne" (bed size 160 x 200 cm) and stunning views over the valley - Another bedroom (bed size 160 × 200 cm) - a bathroom with bathtub, - Separate toilet Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. Other things to note Linens, towels, dish towels and bath mats are provided and charged at a flat rate when booking Please note that the towels are only intended for use in the bathroom and may only be used in the house. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool.
