Casa Serena

We're located in the southern part of San Luis Obispo in a neighborhood that offers everything you could want, including excellent restaurants, stores, and conveniences. Downtown is a mere 1.25 miles away and Edna Valley (famous for its excellent wines) is only a few miles down the road. Your bedroom has a view of the hills and your bathroom is only a few steps away. Please note that my home isn't child-friendly, though I'll accept guests 6+ yrs The space I choose to call it Casa Serena as the location is quiet, despite being in town. The queen-sized bed is comfy and the mattress is firm but not hard. You will sleep beautifully! Your visit will be peaceful yet enjoyable. Please note that a cat lives here. Guest access In addition to the bedroom and private bath, guests may use the refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. You're welcome to use the dining room and the vine-covered patio is available as well. A thermarest mattress is available for parent/child combos, if wanted. During your stay As I'm retired yet active, I'll be around some or much of the time and am always willing to answer questions, make recommendations for dining, recreation, wineries, etc. Other things to note As mentioned, this is a townhouse and the bedroom is on the second floor (as is mine). The bathroom is for your use only; I use the downstairs bathroom. There is a cat, as well, who comes and goes as she pleases. Don't worry if she slips out the door when you open it.
