A contemporary style stone built farmhouse apartment nestled within the picturesque location of Haverah Park. Within a short drive of the Victorian Spa town of Harrogate, this eco friendly rural apartment is perfect for both couples or the solo traveller looking to explore this part of North Yorkshire. Enjoying far reaching views over the historical Haverah park, this is the perfect base for some peace and tranquility. The space This first floor apartment is within a stone built detached building, perfectly equipped self-catering accommodation. There is a small but very adequate kitchen/dining/sitting area... here you will find a gas hob, combination oven, microwave and grill, coffee machine (coffee pods provided) and refrigerator and TV. Generous sized shower which then leads to the bedroom where you will find a super king sized bed dressed with bamboo bed linen which is luxuriously soft, hypoallergenic and eco-friendly. The apartment is just that and does not have outside space/area or gardens so it's Ideally suited for those looking for a comfortable base to stay whilst exploring North Yorkshire. Guest access Guests have their allocated parking space and access to the apartment. Also please note that the apartment is on a first floor and is accessed by steps. Other things to note As mentioned we are an off grid property so produce our own renewable energy. However in the event of no sun and no wind our battery levels may need a boost in which case we have the back up of a generator. This is very rare and usually only required in the winter months.
