Spend the day at the beach, then come home to absolute peace. Guest access You have the entire house and all 8 acres of grounds for the duration of your stay. The two attic rooms are normally reserved for the owners but can be opened up on request when you need to flex to 19 sleepers. Private on-site parking for 8+ cars; private lane for overflow. Other things to note If needed, there is an additional king bedroom and single room in the attic area, offering extra flexibility for larger groups. There is parking for at least eight cars on site. The private lane leading to the property can also be used for additional parking if required. Please note that electric vehicle charging is not available at the property. For safety and to protect the home’s electrical system, charging vehicles using household outlets is not permitted. There are public EV charging stations available in nearby towns around Clarbeston Road, and guests are encouraged to use these during their stay.
