Set in the beautiful French Countryside Charbonnuad is down a quiet lane on the Charante/Dordogne boarders in South West France with Aubeterre which is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France only a stones throw away, it really is the perfect place to get away from it all. There are excellent restaurants, shops,cafes etc a river beach for swimming,canoes for hire on the river, a local golf course & cycle & walking tracks. It is a stunning place to relax and enjoy your holiday The space Charbonnaud is situated in 6 hectares of farmland with sheep, free range chickens, veggie and flower gardens. A welcome pack of local produce is provided with stays of 3 nights or more and fresh seasonal veggies/herbs grown onsite. The owners live in the main farm house next door to the Gite. Guest access There is ample onsite parking for guest vehicles within sight of the gite Other things to note Stays at Charbonnaud are a minimum of 3 nights (or more) expect in August when stays are a minimum of 7 nights or more and Christmas & New Year a Minimum of 5 nights.
