The two homes collectively sleep 20 people comfortably!! This home is meant for families and friends looking to be under one roof (well, actually two roofs since there are two homes on the property). Oversized deck! Enjoy the gulf front view from the either the main oversized deck or from the 2nd level deck. Did I mention the lighted courtyard between the two houses? That's right. The courtyard is lit at night so you may enjoy the nighttime events such as wedding, receptions, or even just plane fun with corn hole or place for the kids to run. Unlike many houses that have parking situations, this house does not. It can easily accommodate the 6-8 cars that would be at the house. 100% pet friendly. We allow pets. We charge a $249 one time pet fee per pet. We are located just down the street from Pier Park. The entire home is meant for enjoyment. Plenty of TVs. Plenty of space. Both kitchens are fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve family meals. Guest access The entire home is set up for the guest to use exclusively for their stay. We send the instructions on the day of your check-in. Instructions include access to the property and the self check in door code. Arriving late? No worries! We got you! Our office is open 24/7 to better serve both our valued guests and potential guests! Our main office line will be provided when the booking is confirmed. Other things to note **"This is a vacation rental. We provide shampoo and hand soap to get you started, but we recommend bringing your own toiletries. The kitchen is equipped, but if you need specific items for your meals, feel free to bring them. We have some spices and condiments, but you can order an Instacart delivery before check-in if you need anything special. Each bathroom will have two rolls of toilet paper, and we’ll provide 2 paper towel rolls, dishwasher tablets, 4 trash bags and dish soap. However, these are just starter supplies. We pride ourselves on offering affordable prices."** NOTE: The property includes two houses. Internet access in the carriage house is limited, so if you want to use the TV, you will need to stream it from a phone or iPad. Please plan accordingly. Due to property use, we occasionally change furniture for repairs or to replace items damaged by previous guests. Please understand that sometimes the furniture may not be exactly the same as in the photos, as we update pictures annually. However, the bed layout and room configuration will always remain the same. The grill is gas-powered. Please note that we are not responsible for covering the cost of the gas tank.
