Super central bedroom in a modern flat

Super central (2 minutes away from central train station, 10 walking distance from the lake) room in a modern flat. The space The flat is very centrally located (2 minutes away by foot from the central train station). It is very quiet and secure, and I maintain it very clean. The one downside of it is that the view from the bedroom is obstructed by a wall (but a lot of natural light comes in nevertheless). There is a bathtub as well as a shower. There are 4 direct trains / hour to Zürich. It takes 26 minutes to get to Central Zürich from the flat. Many (premium and discounts) supermarkets / restaurants / bars around.
