This is bright and spacious apartment conveniently situated on a quiet side street yet only 15 min walk from the Fringe Assembly Rooms or the Royal Mile. We offer the option of up to two sets of twin beds in the 5 bedrooms. Please specify in advance. This is a lovely location and requires responsible individuals (I am sorry, no large student groups.) The space The flat is over two floors and is like a house. There are two full bathrooms and one large bedroom on the lower level with a separate kitchen/diner and a self-contained living room. There is a large understair storage cupboard. The building is a residential, quiet space. The property is fully double glazed. You will have use of the commercial 350mbs wifi. Other things to note Terms require a limit to seven people for the duration. Any noise or other neighbour complaints will result in forfeit of booking with no refund. Gas/Electricity usage limits will apply (to value of £120 for 4-6 week bookings).
