The space My apartment is a new listing for me. I've had for 2 years and have decided to use Airbnb in lieu of long term rentals. I'm currently furnishing it and its a work in progress but it is very comfortable and spacious. Guest access You will have access to patio/balcony area overlooking the pool, laundry facilities and 2 parking spots and the gorgeous view of the resaca. Other things to note You will have 2 parking spots. Parking is very strict in this complex so please be mindful of reserved spots. Additionally $20 charge for not disposing waste materials (trash)
