Elliott House is a spacious 4 bedroom property which is part of Oakerthorpe Holiday Village. The space Elliott House is one of eight properties in the complex at Oakerthorpe Holiday Village and is a spacious 4 bedroom property: Bedroom 1 is a double with en-suite with French doors to a small outside area, bedroom 2 has a king size bed and a single bed with private bathroom, bedroom 3 is has a double and single bed with en-suite, bedroom 4 has a king size bed with en-suite. The property has a standard occupancy of 10 however we are able to sleep 12 by adding additional put up beds to the largest bedrooms. The price is £40 per bed/per night. The dining table has a maximum seating capacity of 10. The kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer and a wine cooler, boasting under floor heating as well as conventional radiators keeping the occupants as snug in the colder days despite of the mandatory single glazing as the property is grade 2 listed. The property has Freeview TV and Wi-fi and with its own private courtyard area, hot tub and BBQ station all behind electrically operated gates making the area completely private and secure with plentiful adjacent parking everything has been thought of. Grounds include a large playpark with playhouse, designated BBQ area, a floodlit sports area and a bespoke enclosed dog walking area along the banks of the River Amber, where the adjacent sluice gates and weir will be seen that served to provide water power to the neighbouring Cotton Mill circa 1790. Adjacent the property is a walled Orchard which has chickens, geese, ducks, bantams, quails, peacocks, sheep, pigs and meerkats is where Farmer Vic invites guests to help at feeding time and collect eggs from the chickens throughout the year except during the Christmas period. Oakerthorpe Holiday Village aims to provide a truly memorable stay for all its guests with top class accommodation, striving at all times to deliver the very best along with giving a unique and memorable experience however we would like to make you aware that approximately 150 metres from the property is a main railway line which for many, especially our younger visitors, enriches the village experience from which it must be said there is minimal sound pollution.
