The space Location is everything! A 5 minute walk to the beach, the pier, local restaurants and shops on the island. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in St Augustine. You'll enjoy the efficiency and convenience of the gallery style kitchen, with newer white appliances and cupboards filled with cookware, dishes, and utensils. A microwave stands ready to reheat those fabulous leftovers, and a coffeemaker for making your favorite brew while listening to the ocean waves from the front patio. The dining room light adds the "beach" feel as it reflects wave patterns upon the walls! St. Augustine has so much to do and see that you'll come home tired after each new adventure, and there's nothing like a great night's sleep to refresh you for the next day's events. We have taken great pride to provide you with luxury bamboo sheets and pillows and plush memory foam mattresses, with relaxing furnishings and decor to help you rest well. The master suite is appointed with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath as well as a ceiling fan for that gently breeze. The second bedroom is perfect for an additional couple traveling with you or for your kids. 2 twin beds with memory foam mattresses, bamboo pillows and sheets plus a nightstand and a medium size dresser. The room is decorated with inviting beach decor and shares the full guest bathroom with the living area. Though we are pup friendly, pup fee needs to be paid upon reservation and state the breed and weight in order to be compliant with HOA regulations. Because Sandy Feet Retreat home is used by other individuals, I recognize that I am at a higher risk of being exposed to and possibly contract COVID-19. With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I for myself and on behalf of my family, spouse, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the home owners, independent contractors or affiliates of Sandy Feet Retreat located at 8 Clipper Court St. Augustine, FL 32080. Collectively release the parties of any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of actions whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the released parties related to COVID-19 whether caused by negligence of the released parties, any third party using or maintaining the premises, or otherwise, while participating in any activity while in, on or around the premises or while using any facilities, tools, equipment, materials of in or around the household. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the released parties from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgements, losses, and or liabilities (including attorneys fees). Arising either directly or indirectly from or related rot any and all claims made by or against any of the related parties due bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to my use of the Sandy Feet Retreat home facilities, tools, equipment, or materials, whether caused by my negligence of the released parties or otherwise specifically related to COVID-19. I acknowledge and represent that I, and all authorized house guest have read the forgoing Waiver of Liability, understand it and agree to it voluntarily as a free act and deed, including without limitation the Release of Liability and Indemnification requirements contained in this document; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen(18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this document for full, adequate, and complete consideration in accordance with Florida Law, and if any of the provisions hereof are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provisions shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Waiver of Lability as a whole. This waiver remains in effect during the COVID-19 Virus outbreak and all Florida Mandates. This tax is 5% of your reservation. The request for payment will arrive in your registered EMAIL no later than a day prior to your arrival, open the request and accept it. Once it has been accepted, you will receive a welcome text with the front door smart lock code and instructions to access the unit. Once you have received the door code, you will have the entire condo to yourselves to enjoy your stay in St. Augustine Beach!
