LuzOmar is a 9th floor studio full of Mexican culture where you will spend your best vacation by the sea. You can enjoy a wonderful view as if you were on a cruise and majestic sunsets from the terrace or the infinity pool. It has a prime location just 5 minutes by transport to the MALECÓN and 10 minutes on foot. It is close to La Soriana supermarket, stadium, restaurants, bars, art galleries. We only accept 2 Adults in our Studio. See below for ENGLISH It is a Mexican-style studio set with local art, on the ninth floor of the HARBOR 171 OCEAN FRONT RESIDENCES building, Calle Febronio Uribe 171, Col. Las Glorias Hotel Zone, Puerto Vallarta. It has a red brick wall in the living room that will make you feel at home, and its kitchen with colorful Mexican tiles. The kitchen is fully equipped with new granite bars and appliances, a gas oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, Molinex (immersion blender), quality utensils, pots, water filter. The refrigerator offers plenty of space to store a week's worth of groceries. Enjoy dinner at the table on the terrace with seating for 4 people where you can enjoy a wonderful sunset accompanied by a cocktail. Safe water can be drunk using the small faucet on the right side of the sink, not the large faucet. This water comes from a filter under the sink and you can fill the tank in the refrigerator with this water. Just above the microwave is a gray dish-drying mat. Put it on the counter when washing dishes to let them dry. The towels on the oven handle can also be used to dry the dishes. It has a very comfortable Queen Size bed and a large L-shaped sofa where you can admire the sea as if you were on a cruise. There is plenty of storage space, a multi-contact with USB ports, and a safe. WiFi internet (100 MBps speed) is available throughout the unit, the living room has a Smart TV. You can use the bar where you can do your work or have a small breakfast with your favorite coffee and sandwiches. The studio comes with a washer and dryer and the service includes weekly cleaning for stays longer than 14 days. There are blankets in the closet, in case it's cold. The bathroom shower comes with shampoo and body soap, a handrail and non-slip floor for your comfort, a first aid kit, a hair dryer and an amplifying mirror, and with an ironing board, hot and cold water. The studio also has binoculars for whale watching (November to March), two beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella to enjoy the beach. There is a fire extinguisher in the laundry room. You can enjoy our 5 pools: an Infinity type, a normal one and one for children, a unique swimming lane in the region and a large Jacuzzi (it turns on with a button on the floor in the north corner). The pools are located at the foot of the beach with one of the most spectacular sunset views. This studio is perfect for couples who want a retreat full of tranquility and unforgettable sensations in our beautiful port. The building has a security booth for visitors. We apply updated cleaning protocols to provide a clean environment. The studio is equipped with antibacterial gel for your personal use. A gym is available on the fifth floor. There is free space to park one vehicle. The rent includes water, gas, electricity, and internet. Balcony door: Always leave the handle/knob in a horizontal position. Balcony fan: use the bottom switch inside, next to the window door. Move the dimmer switches slowly to avoid breaking the mechanism. The placemats are in the left and center drawer of the table, under the TV, next to the wall. Internet details are on the modem on the table under the TV. There are candles in the small box at the entrance; matches are next to the candle in the bathroom. The brochure next to the sofa describes all the details and rules of the unit, includes emergency phone numbers, instructions for using the coffee machine and washer/dryer, with recommended activity tours and restaurants.
