Koch Ranch - Camp House

Ranch house built to blend the convenience of modern construction with the rustic charm of a rural home. Great weekend retreat for a family or group of friends with quick access to Columbus. You'll love spending time on the front porch! You might get a chance to see our longhorn herd walking by! We have another house on the property which is listed as "Koch Ranch - Hester House". These two houses are close to each other, but they face different directions providing privacy for each house. The space We added a new cabin next to our old bunk house, and they share the same roof and porch. In the new cabin there is a full kitchen, bar, full bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, plus a sleeping loft designed for kids. We also have a big couch and sleeping recliner. There is an older bunk house connected to the new cabin that has 2 bunk beds, a queen bed, full bed, and a couch. The bunk house can be used for extra guests if more beds are needed. It has a wood burning stove, window A/C units, and a half bath. Please note, the bunk house is a rustic hunting cabin built for a bunch of guys to go deer hunting. The new cabin is new and modern. Most people really enjoy the two different styles, but some renters have reported that the bunk house is too rustic for them. It's certainly not a hotel room, but a hunting cabin on a rural cattle ranch. We just want to make sure everyone's expectations for the bunk house are accurate. When our family stays there, all the kids beg to sleep in the bunk house. It works great for us. Guest access Full access to the cabin, campfire area, and bbq grill. The land is an active cattle ranch, so please stay within the immediate proximity of the ranch house.
