Cessna Landing is also known for great fishing and sailing. The house has a modern and warm feel while having great access to a nearby state park, beach and the many restaurants, shops, and attractions in the Santa Rosa Beach and 30A area. The house is near all that Destin and the other surrounding areas have to offer. Close enough for the activities of 30A and far enough away for seclusion (4 miles). The house itself has all the conveniences of what you might find at home including WiFi (average download speeds of up to ~1 Gbps), flat-screen smart TVs for access to streaming services, and high-efficiency washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including a coffee maker, blender, air fryer, and a variety of new cookware. There is a large patio with seating and a charcoal grill. Full size garage with large driveway, space to park up to 35-foot boat. Large outdoor shower for sandy feet.
