Cottage near the lake

Authentic natural stone cottage with lake view, proximity to the Lac St-Louis, tennis court, park, bike path, 10 min away from Montreal airport and 25 min away from Downtown Montreal. The cottage has a homely feeling and is located in a quiet area in the West Island of Montreal, Québec, Canada. Parking. Visitors will be delighted by the view of the river, with its sunsets and the sound of the waves against the shore, the water games for children and the ease of parking. The space What is included: Water, electricity with normal use, (no heating and AC in the solarium), wifi, BBQ with charcoal (from May to November) 3 bedrooms, 2 queen size beds and 1 double sofa bed (recommended for 1 adult or 2 small children). 3 Smart TV, one in living room on 1st floor, one in 1st floor bedroom and one in small living room on 2nd floor annexed to bedroom and full bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric stone, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. Washing machine and dryer. Free parking available for one big vehicle front driveway or two small cars. Other parking in front of the Cottage across the street from April to November. November to April not available from 3.00 am to 5 am.( for snow removal). No garage. There are 2 AC in the house, one on each floor. Guest access Our guests will access to the entire home, solarium, garden area except the garage. Size of the entire Cottage on 2 floors is approximately 1450 sq.ft. Solarium ( 3 seasons only) is about 150 sq.ft and it cannot be used winter period. And a terrace in the back of 120 sq.ft. Garden area size in the back of 2500 sq.ft. Other things to note The number of people indicated in the contract must represent all the people present in the cottage whether for the night or during the day. It is important that the maximum capacity at the cottage is respected AT ALL TIMES. No person outside the reservation is allowed to stay overnight. We stand strongly against sex tourism. All guests need to be registered prior to check-in. No guests will be allowed in the house if they have not been registered. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction without notice and without refund. We ask that the authorized guest who is renting the cottage is 30 years of age and over. By reserving, you certify that the authorized guest will be present at all times. No smoking of all nature in the Cottage and solarium. Smoking at 10 feet from the Cottage. NO PETS. No party. Cleaning and Condition of the Apartment Thanks to the excellent care provided by my past guests, I have never needed to enforce this reminder. However, I must mention that if the apartment is returned in very poor condition—such as stained towels or linens, excessive garbage, scratched or stained walls and floors, or a dirty oven—a charge will be applied for any damage or mess caused.
