Entering into the pristine Airstream you are greeted by an expansive sofa and sitting area with flat screen TV, dinette table and the trademark of light from its expansive windows. Serenity Airstream sleeps up to 2 in a private master suite. The fully equipped kitchen features a range, refrigerator, convection oven and plenty of storage. We've included all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you will ever need to cook vacation gourmet meals. There is even a Keurig coffee maker ready for your enjoyment. The private bath has a separate shower and the entire coach is fully air-conditioned and heated. Enjoy the outdoors, the views, and the breezes, complete with table and chairs. We've included a propane grill and fire pit. Our setting for your adventure is on our private 30 acres of a retired apple orchard nestled back in a private clearing. This means that at certain times of the year there will be stink bugs as they are an agricultural pest. They are completely harmless and we do spray for them. Let us know if you would like the hot tub as it is an extra fee. See the last few pics that show the hot is just outside the airstream and completely private under a gazebo on the patio. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. Dogs are permitted only with prior approval and with a Pet fee 7. Parking: – Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring extra towels for purposes other than bathing. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units or used for spills. We also ask you not remove your makeup with our white wash clothes. We provide black makeup face clothes. Please do not use our wash clothes or towels to clean your shoes or anything other than your body. 9. Water and Septic: The rental is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime 10. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. 11. Late Checkout: Check out time is 11am. No later. We have guests checking in at 4P.M. The property manager will be there at 11 am along with the cleaning crew. After 11:05 there will be a surcharge of $15.00 for every 10 minutes still in the rental. ______________ 12. Cleaning fee: There is a $75 cleaning fee which covers everything including linen service. 13. Departure Procedures: Must be done prior to exiting the cottage on check out day, Taking trash (kitchen and bathroom) to trash can, cleaning all dishes, and texting owner on way out. 14. Power Outages: Owner is NOT responsible for power outages due to the Electric Co. 15. Internet: The rental has a 5G T-Mobile hot spot. PET ADDENDUM Guest hereby agrees to comply the following: a) Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $75 per (stay) 2nd dog $75 b) All pets must comply with the following specifications c) Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older. Unless cleared with owner d) Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended. e) All pets must be leashed at all times. f) Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. We provide bags g) Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. No pets in bed! Please understand we do have guests that are allergic and dog hair sticks in furniture. h) All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area. i) Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from security deposit. j) Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. k) Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or outside. Pet will not be left unattended in yard or patio. l) Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. The Airstream comes equipped with an iPad mini where you will find instructional videos on how to empty and refill the holding tank. The property manager before arrival empties and refills the tank. There will be a dozen eggs organic freshly laid eggs in the rental and if you would like them its $10 a dozen.
