The Bungalow is entirely furnished and ready to just move into. Bring your luggage and groceries and everything else is provided, including coffee. For your information and knowledge, all linens and towels etc are changed after each rental and all surfaces and faucets, knobs and handles are also sterilized. The space It is central to the entire county including the Strawberry Mt. National Wilderness, the Blue Mts, the John Day Fossil Beds museum and interpretive center, Kimberly Orchards, the entire John Day River system with many swimming and fishing holes, The High Plains of Seneca to the South with Silvies Ranch, the Kam Wah Chung Chinese museum, right in town within walking distance to the Grant County Fairground and parks and downtown. This home is good for just a couple or up to a group of 6. The price does vary according to how many are staying. The $135.00 + 12.5% tx is the base rate up to 3 persons. It increases $35 per night per person after 3, including children. i.e.: base rate with 3 persons - 2 nights is $303.75 etc. There is a$50 cleaning fee Dogs are limited to two and are $10 per night. Any serious home clean up, over 2 hours, or unwarranted damage will be charged on the held card number at $50 per hour.
