The cottage is VERY small (think Tiny House) but with all the comforts and amenities. The bedroom has a full bed that sleeps a couple, the den has a fold down twin with a memory foam topper stored underneath, extra linens in the dresser. The treehouse is a SMALL separate structure with a twin bed and a small deck. It is a regular twin, not extra long so is best for a child or Not- Too-Tall adult. It is heated, has WIFI and a wonderful view but not its own bathroom. The space Private and Beautiful within 5 minutes walking of Main Street, 10 Minute walk to the beach, the Fair Grounds and Amtrak. Lovely lush garden, dog friendly, full private bath, bedroom, den, full service kitchen, and private deck. Wireless internet, Satellite TV, firepit, fountain. Quite warm and romantic. Brand new Serta mattress and additional person can sleep in the "Tree House". There is plenty of seating in the upper garden with the treehouse, fountain and sauna. The lower yard is lovely with cafe tables and chairs for dining, and plenty of Adirondack Chairs around the fire pit. The firewood provided is complimentary. It is very quiet, private and dark at night. Again, the interior cottage is SMALL but lovely in this fully renovated 1880 Property just above the Mission in downtown Ventura. No need to tidy up upon departure. Guest access Our guests have total and exclusive access to the cottage, treehouse and the garden. We have a fire pit, beach chairs and dog bowls, an Ice chest, beach umbrellas etc. The newly landscaped lower yard is lovely to watch the sunsets and enjoy into the evening. There is a separate home on the front of the property that has no access or visibility to the guests usage of the cottage, garden, treehouse and lower garden. There is unrestricted street parking and a free parking lot 3 houses down where our street curves into Poli.
