The Palms and beach area is gorgeous where the building is basic, this is a typical style MB Resort. Bathroom has weathered hand painted acaustic tile. ☆Made to look aged. Easy check-in w/keyless entry. TV's with ability to log into personal streaming services. Kitchen w/ full sized appliances. Beach chairs & umbrella for guest use. Convenient location to Convention center on the 21st block, local restaurants, ice cream & cafe w/in 2 blocks. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the amazing palm tree lined resort property. Includes lounge chairs around the oceanfront lawn next to gorgeous palms. Table and chairs with umbrellas spread on the property to provide a wonderful outside dining or relaxing. Guest have convenient access to the Ocean beaches from the property. Resort offers indoor and outdoor pools (heated off-season), lazy river, kiddie pools and hot tub. Other things to note This is a SELF-CATERING vacation condo. Fully equipped kitchen includes, pots/pans, dishware, glassware, utensils, bowls, toaster, blender, KEURIG coffee and tea maker and other convenient items for cooking and preparing meals. This unit is 600 sf. It sleeps 6 but for guest comfort we suggest no more then 5 adults. Please note, the bathroom floor is a weathered rustic tile with worn spots and red lines. This was installed in Dec 2019. It's not everyone's taste but it's not old or dirty. *please do not complain about the tile. ☆There is no daily housekeeping. Bath, hand towels and bed linens/pillows are provided. If you need add'l or extra linens for your comfort please bring them. In effort to reduce waste a washable silicone disc or brush will be provided for washing dishes and dish soap will be available. This can be left in the sink and will be sanitized accordingly. Helpful items to bring: *beach towel * heavier blankets, if needed for comfort *Napkins, additional toilet paper *coffee or tea pods or K-cups *personal needs, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, additional soap and lotion There is a Coin Laundry available nearby, if you are planning to do laundry, you may want to bring laundry soap and coins. As per HOA: No items or trash left outside the front door, no items hanging from balcony. On-site trash compactor for disposing trash bags is located across the beach access path on the property, or around the building to the right- in the parking lot when exiting the property. Please remove trash upon check- out. Guests must be at least 23 Years of age to rent unsupervised.
