Your stay includes the freedom to explore 40 private acres of serene landscape, perfect for hiking and wildlife watching. As a waterfront property, you'll enjoy direct access to our fully stocked, stream-fed fishing pond. Feel free to bring your own tackle and cast a line from the dock. Other on-site amenities include a bonfire pit, free Wi-Fi, and a Roku TV. The Neighborhood Our farm is your gateway to the best of the Missouri Ozarks. On-Site Events: Our historic barn, visible from the cottage, hosts weddings throughout the year. House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules regarding fishing: A valid Missouri Fishing license is required. All state law limits apply. You must report your catch to us. Please do not clean or cook fish inside the cottage. An outdoor grill is provided for your use. Guest access House sits on 40 acres you can explore and enjoy watching wildlife. You can also fish in this fully stocked stream fed pond. Please note that you are in the Ozarks Mountains. You may see seasonal wildlife including; bugs, dear, birds of prey, reptiles, and every other wild and not so wild native animal! If there are any of these bothering or posing a threat to you while you are staying. Please let us know and we will take immediate action where possible. Other things to note The cottage sits on 40 acres and has a fishing pond you can fish in. Limits are according to state law and you must have a Missouri Fishing license. Also must report your catch. Do not clean and cook fish in the cottage. Grilling is available outdoors.
