This home is perfect for families with kids. 2.5 bathrooms, one on the first floor and the rest upstairs. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes all new appliances, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with filter, microwave - everything you'll need for meal prep and cooking, bring your extra spices though if salt & pepper won't cut it! Tap water contains minerals but is fully safe to drink. A huge dining table with seating for up to 12. The lounge area has a large sectional L-shaped sofa for the whole family to hang, as well as a Smart TV, and piano to play. For Summer, we have four AC window units. HEAT: For colder months there are 2 thermostats. One in the front bedroom and one in the back/master bedroom. During Winter months, set them to 70 degrees, and when you depart make sure they are set to 50 degrees. The basement is unfinished but has a ping-pong table. We are working to update the kids area in the basement, so it is not usable at the moment. We also have a pack-n-play (playpen) and laundry for you to use, we provide detergent. The backyard deck is great for entertaining with a new propane grill and outdoor patio furniture. A Hot tub year round on the back deck. Also because it’s the country, storms do cause power outages sometimes. It can go out for a few hours, but that's all part of the adventure.
