No street parking is allowed and exceeding the parking capacity is a violation of our city permit NO PARTIES: This means no outside guests are allowed without our prior approval. We are fine with your group enjoying our property and it's amenities to the fullest. We have no problem with music and alcohol consumption. Our closest neighbor is 1000 ft away so don't worry about disturbing anyone. SECURITY: We have motion activated security cameras that monitor all entry points to our property. We live in a low crime area and this is for your protections as well. So don't be alarmed if the light comes on each time that you arrive or depart. Our goal is that you have a wonderful stay at White Oaks. The entire home, courtyard and surrounding grounds. Three fire pits with firewood. Hiking trails with multiple chairs and benchs to relax in. Spring fed creek great for cooling off in the summer. We are retired and have always wanted to operate a Bed and Breakfast Inn but could not due to zoning. So the vacation rental concept was perfect for us. We use the income to travel and occupy a small space separate from the main home when we are there. In the past we have often enjoyed socializing with guests when they reach out to us. But otherwise we respect your privacy.
