Gardens By The Sea South (GBTSS) is a gated community in a resort setting with the beach directly across the street. No need to drive to the beach and back. Swimming pool, saunas, clubhouse, gas grills, picnic areas and beautiful gardens are on site. This condo has two dedicated parking spaces for your use. Conveniently located within 1.5 miles, are Lauderdale By The Sea Village Square, pier, restaurants, Publix grocery store, CVS, Dunkin Donuts and other shops. Public transportation stops just outside our gate on A1A. This 4th floor, end-corner, condo is fully furnished including linens, kitchenware, 5 ceiling fans, and laundry facilities on site. The updated kitchen has everything you need, well stocked, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Dining table comfortably seats 6 when using the leaf. Breakfast on the East facing lanai is delightful. Beautiful sunsets from the West are a spectacular view from our condo. Master bedroom (king size bed) has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower & walk-in closet. Guest bathroom with tub/shower is located beside the guest bedroom (queen size bed). The condo offers elevator, internet WiFi, central AC, 55" and 32" flat screen LCD TVs. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels, are stored in the condo for your use. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the condo.
