NO boats, trailers and or jet skis due to H.O.A. regulations. The space Recently updated, La Tortuga is a cute, comfy cottage that will be an oasis after a day at the beach! Perfect in size for a couple, or perhaps a couple with a child or two. Beach decor inside and outside. Tortuga is pet friendly with a $10 per pet fee per night. Two dogs maximum. NO cats please. Great landscaping with a tropical feel, the La Tortuga lets you know you are in an island paradise, both with the indoor and outdoor decor. We have installed an outdoor shower so you and your pets can rinse off after a day at the beach. The yard is fully fenced with a six foot privacy fence. The cottage's central location makes it an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Experience Port Aransas, the sleeping little fishing village that is undergoing a revival - just as the Spanish Village Resort has been. There is no boat, jet ski or trailer parking allowed per Spanish Village HOA. There is room to park two vehicles in front of the cottage. The beach is 3/4 miles away. A short drive or 20 min walk. Guest access Guests can use the stackable washer/dryer that is in a closet outside, the BBQ, the firepit, and the patio furniture. This is a very private yard which is secure and private for just La Tortuga. Other things to note AirBnb is now collecting Texas state hotel tax (6%) for us when you reserve a property but I still have to collect Port Aransas city hotel tax (9%). I will be collecting this when guests arrive. Pet fees are normally $10 per pet and I will also collect those on arrival.
