Private queen bedroom with a shared bath. No pets or animals of any kind. Your roommate will be a male NAU student in the master bdrm, plus 1 more in the 3rd bdrm. An interview prior to booking would be beneficial for both. You will have use of the kitchen and common areas of this 3 bdrm, 2 bath single story house also. You will be responsible for shared cleaning duties, but this price includes professional cleaning once a month. When requesting, please tell me about yourself. The space Room is available for 1 person only. No overnight guests, and no frequent guests. No Smoking. Students are a plus.
